It concerns the provision of bill-processing and associated services regarding the supply of electricity encompassing Half-Hourly, Non Half-Hourly, Pseudo Half-Hourly and Unmetered Supplies. The framework is designed to support investment in renewables through Power Purchase Agreements, small-scale generation on the public estate, and a guarantee that public bodies will be able to access renewable energy in the form of Renewable Energy Guarantees of Origin (REGOs).
