Notice Description
West Dunbartonshire Council is seeking to appoint professional property consultants via Public Procurement Scotland's Quick Quote system to:1. Analyse existing business and industrial property in West Dunbartonshire.2. Analyse all available business and industrial land (within LDP/industrial land supply) including site assessment and likely effectiveness.3. Compare supply levels in other local authority areas.4. Provide an understanding of likely projected demand for business/industrial uses over the next 5 to 20 years and what key criteria is appealing for businesses.5. Make recommendations on the current land designations in terms of their suitability in meeting national, regional and local demand.6. Make recommendations for possible new sites for business and industrial land to ensure that West Dunbartonshire remains economically competitive.
