Notice Description
Award of a contract following a mini-competition for the undernoted requirement. The initial contract will be for a period of three years from date of commencement (including development and 12 months support) with the option to extend the annual support up to a maximum of 7 years from date of commencement. The contract value shown at 1.6.2 is an estimated value over the maximum period of 7 years. Details of the requirement are as follows:The Scottish Children's Reporter Administration (SCRA) and Children's Hearings Scotland (CHS) invite you to tender in a mini competition for a Core Systems & Applications Solution, using the Scottish Government Application Design and Development (ADDS) Framework (Ref: SP-15-010).Full details are contained in the attached suite of documents.SCRA and CHS want to tender for a system that will enable them to manage the cases of vulnerable children and young people in Scotland. It is important that the system will integrate effectively with other systems, to enable efficient working practices that meet the needs of the users.
