Framework agreement for the provision of Architectural Services for selected new housing developments commissioned by Caledonia, Cordale or Bellsmyre Housing Associations and any of their subsidiaries where the Architect's appointment falls within the period set out in section 4.2 of the contract documents.
Renewal: The Association retains the option to extend for a further 12 months subject to satisfactory performance
