Notice Description

Grab and Go Pasta with selection of various sauces and meats, use of equipment FOC ( Free Loan on equipment package), and POS. All sauces and meats need to be school compliant in line with requirements in line with the (Health Promotion and Nutrition) (Scotland) Act 2007. All pasta, meats and sauces supplied are to be fresh, of the highest quality, free from contamination and delivered under hygienic conditions. All supplies are subject to scrutiny and acceptance by authorised EDC catering employees, at time of delivery. Deliveries will be made at the designated kitchen delivery area. Delivery may be required up to three times per week however days and frequency of delivery is to be agreed. Orders are subject to change and may be altered at different times. The food transport vehicle will remain clean and in good repair. Access will be given to EDC catering employees to inspect.

Products with packaging that does not meet these criteria will not be accepted. Deliveries will be made at the designated kitchen delivery area. Delivery may be required up to three times per week however days and frequency of delivery is to be agreed. Orders are subject to change and may be altered at different times. The food transport vehicle will remain clean and in good repair. Access will be given to EDC catering employees to inspect.

Renewal: The Contract period shall be for 2 Years with the option of extending for a further 2 years with 1 year extensions if it is deemed successful by the Contract Manager.
