            "reductionCriteria": "It is a requirement of this contract that tenderers hold or can commit to obtain prior to the commencement of any subsequently awarded contract, the following minimum levels of insurance: Employer's liability insurance in accordance with any legal requirement for the time being in force; General Third Party Risk Insurance with a minimum indemnity of 5,000,000 GBP in respect of any one incident or each incident of a series of incidents arising from any one event covering all operations of the Service Provider including products liability insurance (with a minimum indemnity of 5,000,000 GBP). Tenderers will be required to provide audited accounts for the most recent three years or alternative evidence of financial standing. The Authority may request further information to assist with assessment of financial risk. Tenderers will be required to demonstrate that their organisation has at least three years' recent experience of providing services to people with mental health issues."
