This contract is part of a "test of change" to develop Distress Brief Intervention services for people aged 18 and over living in North Lanarkshire. The service will respond to referrals from primary care, accident and emergency, police, local authority and third sector front line services, and will provide time-limited support and problem solving for people in emotional distress.. This service is part of a national "test of change" programme funded via the Scottish Government's Mental Health Innovation Fund and will help to inform future service provision.
