The aim of this research is to establish if, in the majority of cases, new build dwellings fitted with extract fans which run constantly (at a low extract level) in moisture producing rooms, e.g. kitchens, utility rooms, bathrooms and shower -rooms, can maintain satisfactory IAQ throughout the habitable rooms of dwellings.
