Procurement Information

The market structure suggests there a limited number of providers, however as our current network is made up of Vaisala sensors and components, previous procurement exercises have suggested a monopolistic marketplace where only Vaisala can provide the full provision. This we believe is due to the cost of change and each of the providers not being able to support each other's components and collation of data from said components. If to be fully tendered, we do not believe a differing outcome would be achieved due to the factors mentioned above.
