Notice Description
It is Trust Housing Association Ltd.'s intention to enter into a Framework Agreement with up to three Contractors for each Lot in order to carry out medical adaptations to bathrooms - and associated works - throughout their housing stock. The total number of developments - and their locations - included within each Lot is provided in the Lot Details section of the Invitation to Tender document.
Lot Information
Lot 1 - Angus
It is Trust Housing Association Ltd.'s intention to enter into a Framework Agreement with up to three Contractors for each Lot in order to carry out medical adaptations to bathrooms - and associated works - throughout their housing stock. The total number of developments - and their locations - included within each Lot is provided in the Lot Details section of this document.
Renewal: The Client reserves the right to extend the Contract up to a maximum of one additional year.
Lot 2 - Argyll - MainlandIt is Trust Housing Association Ltd.'s intention to enter into a Framework Agreement with up to three Contractors for each Lot in order to carry out medical adaptations to bathrooms - and associated works - throughout their housing stock. The total number of developments - and their locations - included within each Lot is provided in the Lot Details section of this document.
Renewal: The Client reserves the right to extent the Contract by a further one-year period
