Dual stage. The successful organisation for Area 01 will undertake the role of Right to Repair contractor for Area 2 and vice versa.

Renewal: The contract duration will be for an initial period of one year, there will be two separate contracts each for a specific geographic area. Subject to satisfactory performance (measured on the basis of industry Key Performance Indicators), CHA may, at the association's sole discretion, extend the contract period for up to three further phases / years.
