East Renfrewshire Council carried out an evaluation of the Digital Services G-Cloud 8 via the Crown Commercial Services to identify a preferred bidder for the Provision of a Digital Platform. Following this process the most economically advantageous bidder Meritec Limited were appointed. The digital platform will enable us to create excellent self-serve access for our customers, and make this the most attractive option to access information and services.
