NHS National Services Scotland (specifically Health Facilities Scotland) wishes to procure a consultant to develop a new national energy and sustainability awareness campaign for use by all NHSScotland Boards and Special Boards. The project has been split into two phases: Phase 1 is a review and gap analysis of existing campaigns and Board-specific requirements; Phase 2 is the development of suitable materials and a rollout for a national campaign.
