UWS has acquired a 35 year lease on the three Eco Campus Buildings at Hamilton International Park; 25,000sq.m GIA. HFD Group; the developer, is currently undertaking the shell and core and Cat-A works together with the construction of a new street atrium to link the three buildings. Practical Completion for the overall works is expected in August 2018. UWS is planning to undertake Cat-B enhancement works and Cat-C fit out works during the period January to June 2018. The new campus will open August/ September 2018. UWS aims to appoint the successful work package contractors in October 2017, procurement of long-lead in items in 4Q 2017 with on-site commencement of the Cat-C works in January 2018.
