Paragon Housing Association are seeking to enter into a framework agreement with a maximum of three electrical contractors to carry out electrical upgrades of electrical accessories within occupied residential properties at various locations within Clackmannanshire, Grangemouth, Falkirk and Stirling.

It is the Association's intention to appoint a maximum of three electrical contractors to the framework on the basis of Price/Quality. All orders raised from this framework will be allocated to framework providers on the basis of Contractor capacity and site performance.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.
