Description: This Prior Information Notice relates to a Provider Information Event only in relation to a Falkirk Council Framework Agreement for the Provision of Homeless Supported Accommodation, Outreach Tenancy Support and Housing First Services. Please see Section VI below for additional information.
Summary: Falkirk Council intends to commission social work and related services for people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, delivered across the Falkirk area. The planned framework covers four service areas. Supported accommodation for young people aged 16 to 35, prioritising 16 to 21-year-olds, will provide housing support and move-on outreach. A second supported accommodation service will serve single people, couples and families aged 16 and over. Community-based tenancy support will help people prevent homelessness, sustain accommodation and live independently. Housing First will provide flexible, intensive, person-centred, long-term support for adults with recurrent homelessness and multiple, complex needs, including health, wellbeing and community integration support.
