Surveyor and Principal Designer Services for planned maintenance and improvement works to occupied housing.
Lot Information
Lot 1
In the 3 years after April 2018 it is anticipated that a range of building contracts will be entered into for planned maintenance and improvement work in as many as 18 separate areas, affecting approximately 400 dwellings. The majority of the work will involve boiler, bathroom, and heating replacements in individual occupied dwellings. However work to services etc. in common areas is also anticipated. The first work, which is expected to start in 2018/19, will include work to approximately 60 dwellings in Bellshill and Motherwell. The procurement requires provision of quantity surveyor and contract administrator services, inspection services to meet contract requirements, and Principal Designer services.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016. The draft award criteria questionnaire is provided for information only. It is not to be completed or returned at selection (first) stage.
