Perth & Kinross Council (PKC) are looking to renew its existing Symantec Netbackup Licences and support to run from the end date of the councils current agreement of 29 September 2017 for a period of either 6 months or 1 year.This is run through the Crown Commercial Service Technology Products Framework - RM3733 Lot2 SoftwareWeighting: The overall weighting for evaluation of quotes will be a price/quality split between price criterion at 90% and quality criterion at 10%.Price will be evaluated as follows: Lowest bidder price quoted will be rated as 90. Other bids will be awarded a proportion of 90 points based on the following formula: Lowest price divided by current price multiplied by 90.Quality will be evaluated as follows: Individual bidder quality score divided by highest quality score multiplied by 10.Quality will be evaluated on ability to meet PKC date requirements, and customer engagement activities.
