NHS Lothian is seeking proposals from bidders to deliver a programme of activities to improve nutrition and reduce nutritional inequalities in West Lothian, particularly for children and young people. This will include work to increase community support for breastfeeding mothers, reduce maternal obesity and support good family nutrition using a community led health approach.

NHS Lothian is seeking proposals from bidders to deliver a programme of activities to improve nutrition and reduce nutritional inequalities in West Lothian, particularly for children and young people. This will include work to increase community support for breastfeeding mothers, reduce maternal obesity and support good family nutrition using a community led health approach.. This project is part of NHS Lothian's Health Improvement Fund. The Health Improvement Fund exists to fund and support health improvement activities across Lothian. The Fund can be used for a wide range of activities seeking to promote health and prevent ill-health, but should not be used for clinical services (regardless of where those clinical services are delivered).
Renewal: 1 extension of 1 year. Execution of the 1 year extension will be at the sole discretion of NHS Lothian
