This framework agreement is intended to set up an arrangement for the procurement by the contracting authorities to entitled to purchase under the proposed framework agreement of, included but not limited to, the supply and delivery of swimming pool chemicals, CO2 Gas and associated products. The framework agreement is anticipated to run for an initial 24 months with the option to extend for up to two 12 month periods.

Swimming Pool Chemicals & Associated Products

This lot is intended to set up an arrangement whereby the contracting authorities entitled to purchase under the proposed framework agreement can procure the swimming pool chemicals, water treatment tablets, water testing equipment and associated products including but not limited to Sodium Hypochlorite, Poly Aluminium Chloride, DPD Tablets and poolside cleaner.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. Supply & Delivery of CO2 Gas

This lot is intended to set up an arrangement whereby the contracting authorities entitled to purchase under the proposed framework agreement can procure the supply and delivery of CO2 gas in bottled gas canisters and in bulk for water treatment in swimming pools.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. The policy must be relevant to the nature and scale of the work and set out responsibilities for H&S management at all levels within the organisation. The policy must be relevant to the nature and scale of your operations and set out your company's responsibilities of health and safety management and compliance with legislation. [Not applicable to organisations with fewer than five employees]. AND b. Documented arrangements for providing the bidder's workforce with training and information appropriate to the type of work of which the organisation is likely to bid.
