Notice Description

Perth and Kinross Council wishes to invite submissions for the provision of a temporary lighting event 'Perth Riverside Lights' (contained within Norie-Miller Park) in February 2018.The Council expect the lighting production to be organic and develop as the two weeks progress. Designers are expected to use the built and natural assets within the boundary identified (plans provided within documents) and the River Tay, which runs adjacent to the site boundary. The lighting production is to be operational everyday between Friday 26th January and 14th February 2018 between 15.00 hrs and 22.00 hrs however, this time may be subject to change. The design/choreography of the show needs to take into account or be adaptable to celebrate the following events which have been currently identified:1. Burns Night - through weekend 26th January 20182. Chinese New Year - through weekend 9th February 20183. Valentine's Day - 12th through to 14th February 2018
