Design, build and construction of Bervie Skate Park
Notice Description
We are looking for one supplier to provide project management, construction, groundworks, design, landscaping and engineering services as outlined in the request for quote(RFQ) documentation to complete the skate park. The skate park will be constructed of sprayed concrete and comply to all the standards highlighted in the RFQ documentation. We require within the tender submission - documentation and detailed build information, compliance to the build to RFQ documentation, 2d and 3d drawings and detailed pricing detailed information is included in the full RFQ documentation. A company with skate park build experience would be looked highly off as the specifications of concrete skate park build differs of that of normal domestic and industrial concrete construction. The build specifications required to create a safe, usable park require a good understanding of the sport.

Options: The supplier is the expert on the design of the skate park. So we want there input into designing a unique park that all ages can use in a safe manner.
Renewal: If build to is to extend by highlighted timescale then this will be reviewed. We don't want to affect quality if can't be completed by the supplier in the timescale. However if a large timescale on completion is submitted then this will be reviewed.

Design, build and construction of Bervie Skate Park - Inverbervie Skate Park Community Charity has been running for many years now and we are one step closer now with our planning application submitted. Our aim is to build a large skate park within William Eddie park to allow all ages and abilities to enjoy the park. The park will allow skateboarders, BMX riders, scooters, roller bladers and all other wheeled sports to enjoy the park. The park has been designed to fit into the surrounding area with landscaping that will be aesthetically pleasing to onlookers. ? Our mission is to provide a challenging skate park that will benefit the users and the local community. Giving children of all ages a useful space to play and enhance there skills. By providing seating area will allow all ages to come and watch and relax in a well landscaped area. Our mission is to get children more active and to give them a place where they can play and to reduce anti social behaviour in the area. -
