Aberdeen City Council requires a Human Capital Management (HCM), Human Resource Information System (HRIS) or Human Resource Management System (HRMS). The range of functionality that is required covers the following expected system modules: Core HR, Payroll, Recruitment, Talent Management, Training, Time and Attendance, Leave and Absence, Rostering and Scheduling, Budgeting and Forecasting, Expense Management, Benefits Management, Health and Safety & Reporting. The requirements detailed within the 'System wide' category cover all the non-functional / IT requirements covering the following areas: Environment, Architecture, Connectivity / Interface/ Integration, Information Security, Regulations / Policy / Data Protection / Information Compliance, Performance, Implementation, Training, Contract, Support / Maintenance & Strategy / Roadmap.. This is a mini-competition under CCS (Crown Commercial Services) Framework RM1042: Corporate Software Solutions Lot 3: Human Resources (HR) and Payroll and Associated Services. Therefore, bids will only be accepted from suppliers who are currently registered under RM1042 Lot 3.

Renewal: Option to extend for a further two separate one year periods.
