Older People's Mental Health Community Support Service
Notice Description
West Lothian Health and Social Care Partnership require a service provider to contribute to the prevention and further deterioration of mental health problems in those aged 55 years and older by providing support to build self -confidence and the development of personal coping strategies. The service provider will be required to provide community support services to those who are: At risk of suicide or self-harm ; Socially disconnected and deemed to be vulnerable to developing depression or mental health problems ; Those who are at risk of admission to hospital due to poor mental health ; Those who meet the above criteria and are assessed as being most likely to benefit from access to the service. The annual budget for this service is GBP 64,680.

The annual budget for this service is GBP 64,680.
Renewal: The Authority will be able to extend the contract for a period(s) of up to 24 months in total. The contract will not be allowed to be extended beyond 31 March 2023.
