CalMac Ferries Ltd wishes to enter into a framework agreement for the supply and delivery of lifejacket lights for use on its vessels. The buyer is using PCS-Tender to conduct this exercise. The Project Code is 9226. The lifejacket light offered must be wheel marked in line with the Marine Equipment Directive 96/98EC as amended. Tenderers must provide certification confirming that the lifejacket light offered is wheel marked in line with the Marine Equipment Directive 96/98EC as amended. Each lifejacket light must also comply with the Life-Saving Appliances Code 2017 Edition (as amended).. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Renewal: There will be an option to extend the Agreement for 2 further periods of up to 12 months.
