    "description": "The work shall be carried out during normal working hours restricted to 08.00 to 12.00 and 13.00 to 16.00 Monday to Friday. Insurance levels Employers Liability - 5,000,000 GBP Public / Products Liability - 1,000,000 GBP Professional Indemnity Liability - 1,000,000 GBP For the purpose of evaluating financial ratios, please provide a copy of the last two years audited accounts information. The Employer has appointed a Principal Designer and the Contractor shall fully co-operate with the Principal Designer to allow full and timeous discharging of his duties. The Contractor is to assume the roles and responsibilities of Principal Contractor as defined in the Construction (Design Management) Regulations 2015. Design, installation and commissioning of the new ventilation shall be in compliance with the following standards: Machinery Directive (Directive 2006/42/EC); BS EN 81-40:2008; Equality Act 2010 compliant; BS7671:2008+A3:2015 IET wiring regulations; Electricity at Work Regulations 1989; CIBSE Guide D:2015 Transportation Systems in Buildings; Employer's Electrical Specification; and Employer's Brief 39 - Testing, Commissioning, Training and Handover. Stairlifts are available that are designed to carry one person at a time up the two sections of stairs toward Iona Hall, as such are legislated under the Machinery Directive (EC, 2006/42) and BS EN 81-40:2008 in the UK, which is required in this Contract.
