Notice Description

The Works comprise the installation of a new external wall insulation system to external walls of tenement flat blocks and also semi-detached houses, various items of structural and fabric repairs prior to commencing the external wall insulation work, aluminium overcills to existing concrete cills, adjustment to existing services as required to accommodate the new external wall insulation; replacing the existing roof finish with a new concrete roof tile finish, new roof leadwork, new eaves and soffit boarding, new gutters, repairs to chimneys. The buildings are to remain watertight at all times.

There are a total of 7nr (four-in-a-block) tenements and 12nr semi-detached houses in the contract scope of works. The buildings are to remain watertight at all times.
