Lot 1

West Lothian Health and Care Partnership require a service provider to provide an independent advocacy for older people who are residents of West Lothian and who are living in or moving into/out of long term care home/hospital care settings. The overarching aim of the service is to provide a high standard of independent advocacy as defined in the service specification, which respects the autonomy, independence, freedoms and dignity of people ensuring that their views and opinions are accurately communicated and understood.. Funding will also be made for i) the provision of an independent advocacy service to unpaid adult carers ; ii) the provision of advocacy services for older people living in the community, adults with a physical disability, including acquired brain injury.
