The scope of the CMIS project includes HR, Finance, Project Management, Performance Management and Corporate Planning. This will involve:* The development and implementation of business processes to meet identified business needs;* Acquiring and utilising the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, and quality.* The identification, analysis, management and monitoring of relationships with and between stakeholders.* The clarification of mutual needs and commitments through consultation and consideration of impacts.
