Notice Description
Due to the expansion of Section 34 of the Building (Scotland) Act 2003 and the associated guidance from Scottish Government regarding verification of fire engineered proposals, Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, Moray and Highland Councils (hereafter known as the Councils) seek to employ the services of a Consultant Fire Engineer to carry out appraisals of Fire Engineered solutions submitted in connection with Building Warrant applications.

Due to the expansion of Section 34 of the Building (Scotland) Act 2003 and the associated guidance from Scottish Government regarding verification of fire engineered proposals, Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, Moray and Highland Councils (hereafter known as the Councils) seek to employ the services of a Consultant Fire Engineer to carry out appraisals of Fire Engineered solutions submitted in connection with Building Warrant applications.
Renewal: Will depend upon legal requirements but this contract is for 3 years with an optional 12 months extension. It is likely there will be a renewal tender advertised at this point.
