The contract is for the supply and delivery of topsoil to proposed football pitch at Lover's Loan, DollarThe topsoil should be "As Dug" and requires to conform to BS 3882:2015 General Purpose Grade.Topsoil should be free of weeds and foreign matter.Delivery to proposed playing field site at Lover's Loan, Dollar, FK14 7PG. Please note due to the presence of a school close to the site a traffic management plan may be required which will restrict access along routes to the site at particular times of the day to avoid conflict with school traffic
