Notice Description

Works that are required to be undertaken within the project include but are not limited to: -New classroom extension consisting of strip and pad foundations, timber kit with external brick cladding, and connection to the existing electrical and heating systems within the school. -Create new fire escape corridor from the existing Multi-Purpose room by partially removing external wall and creating corridor with roof. -Ensure that any interface with the existing roof structure has no adverse effect on the integrity and water tightness of the building. -Replace ramps, install new drainage and Mechanical and Electrical connections into existing systems, and -Remove roller shutter doors and relocate or replace existing doors and screens to remove alcoves.
