Notice Description

Contractor is required to price for the design, supply and fit of Solar PV panels to rooftop of new business units currently being constructed at Food & Drinks Park, Arran Road, Perth up to 50kW under current permitted development legislation. The installation must comply with all MCS and Health & Safety requirements and meet G59 Grid requirements. Design will be subject to the approval of the client. Provision should be made for a 50kW export limiting device.Additional works will require the joint connection of the existing Solar PV park (75kW) to the rooftop solar PV and establishing the location of a new Distribution Board (with approval from Irons Foulner Consultants) The completed installation must be registered for Feed in Tariff within the October to December 2017 FIT period by the contractor on behalf of the Client.With regard to scaffolding, pricing is required on two alternative options, one in which the Contractor provides scaffolding and the other in which scaffolding provided by the principal building contractor for the site is utilized.
