Notice Description
Works that are required to be undertaken within the project include but are not limited to: -Replacement of existing gas boilers at the above mentioned sheltered housing complexes with new gas fired condensing boilers being installed. -The disconnection and removal of existing gas boiler plant at required complexes must be undertaken whilst keeping the heating by phased removal of boilers or by the provision of a temporary containerised plantroom. -Upgrade of flues to stainless steel and the replacement of heating pumps throughout with new high efficiency motors to meet the European Directive ErP (Energy related Products) 2009/125/EC dates of 21st October 2009
