Scottish Enterprise is seeking to appoint a property agent for a period of three years (with the option for an additional year's extension), to market its portfolio of land and property within the South of Scotland (Dumfries and Galloway, and Scottish Borders Council boundary areas). This will comprise of investment sales, land sales (on and off-market) and leases. Further information can be found within the Invitation to Tender (ITT) on Public Contracts Scotland.. Scottish Enterprise estimate the value of this commission to be between GBP40,000 and GBP55,000 (excl VAT).
