East Renfrewshire Council will shortly be issuing tender documents as it seeks to appoint an experienced and suitably qualified contractor to undertake reactive heating works, in a non-domestic environment, as and when required. The period of the contract will be for an initial 2 year period with an option to extend for further 2 years up to 12 months at a time.. Spend against the new contract over the full 4 year period is not likely to exceed 1705000.00GBP. It should be noted that 405000.00GBP of this spend is reserved money to make a facility available to PATS and other ERC Departments to carry out small works that are required to take place within a tight timescale.

Renewal: The period of the contract will be for an initial 2 year period with an option to extend for further 2 years up to 12 months at a time.
