The Market Awareness events will take place in the following locations during December 2017: Monday 4 December at 14:00 (2:00PM) in Edinburgh; Friday 8 December at 11:00 (11AM) in London. In order to manage the events potential Suppliers are limited to a maximum of 3 attendees per organisation. Potential suppliers are invited to arrive half an hour before the start time for refreshment. To register your interest in attending any of these events please visit: http://www.scapegroup.co.uk/services/procure/live-procurement/civil-engineering and follow the on-screen instructions. The event is limited based on the capacity of the venue and the number of registrations received. The event is intended for organisation who can meet the requirement to provide all the works and services described in II.4) and meet the anticipated turnover requirement (as noted in Annex B) and provide the specified geographic coverage. It is not intended for supply chain members, sub-contractors or suppliers who may supply works or services to the successful Framework provider when awarded. Scape is anticipating considerable interest in this framework and as such will not respond to queries prior to the events. This opportunity is divided into 2 lots, confirmation of which is contained in 'Annex B'. Further information will be released at Contract Notice stage as to the lotting strategy. There will be opportunity to ask questions at the event and to consult with Scape after the event and prior to the issue of the Contract Notice. Scape use the Delta eSourcing e-tendering web portal for their procurements and this system will be used for the procurement process once commenced. The Pre-Qualification Questionnaires, queries and the Invitation to Tender documentation will all be issued electronically through Delta and will Not be issued by any other medium (paper, CD, e-mail, etc.). Potential suppliers will be required to register on Delta to download the documentation, when available, and will have to submit their expression of interest electronically through Delta. Potential suppliers should read this Notice carefully and in full. Please note that this Notice is not a contract notice, no pre-qualification questionnaire or invitation to tender documents are available and no expressions of interest are being accepted at this time. The e-mail address above must only be used to register for the market awareness event and for no other reasons related to this procurement. A Single Supplier/Entity will be awarded to each of the relevant lots and will be required to provide all the required works and services at the conclusion of the procurement process themselves, through their supplychain for the appropriate lot..
