The aim of this tender is to find and procure suppliers to assist with packing, carrying out the decant and subsequently returning the collection and associated material from the site at Blantyre, approximately 3000 items, with a wide variety of artefacts, to a secure fire and vandalism proof, environmentally stable or basic conservation heated, pest and vermin free area and returning the material. Provision of suitable storage facility (2000sq.ft (185sq.m) minimum) that is secure, clean and has heating to allow protection of objects and access and work practices of DLT staff, volunteers and other contractors as specified by DLT 4. Return of collection after building refurbishment
