North Ayrshire Council (NAC) is intending to commission a suitable provider to deliver a counselling and specialist support service to male and female survivors of rape and childhood sexual abuse, aged 13 and over in North and East Ayrshire.
Lot Information
Lot 1
The service will deliver counselling and specialist support to male and female survivors of rape and childhood sexual abuse, aged 13 and over in North and East Ayrshire. The Service will provide: - Person centred, individual counselling - Telephone Counselling (where appropriate) - Group work sessions - Development of a peer support process - Advocacy support - Support to families and partners, where appropriate - Information and advice for survivors - Training and awareness raising sessions for the Partners - Evaluations from awareness raising / training sessions The service will be delivered in a variety of locations across North and East Ayrshire, which must be accessible for all and include outreach services. The Provider will ensure it can offer a Service to minority groups and those with protected characteristics.
Renewal: Contract is subject to extension after 36 and 48 months
