The principle objective of this tender is to appoint one Contractor to provide Responsive Maintenance and Void Property Services within the Aberdeen City area.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
Renewal: The contract period will initially be 24 months, beginning 2018, the contract may be extended on an annual basis for up to a further 36 months (reviewable annually) and dependent upon the Contractor's performance record. The Estimated Value stated in Section II.2.6) Estimated value is based on the potential full five year duration of the contract (5 x GBP 670,000 = GBP 3,350,000).
