Gas servicing and maintenance of its commercial and stock. Maintenance and servicing of the Associations Air Source Heat Pump renewable systems. The coverage of the contract will be all of the Associations area's of operation primarily in Aberdeen City, Aberdeenshire and Moray.

Using the restricted procedure the Association is looking to recruit a suitably experienced and qualified contractor to carry out gas servicing, maintenance and installation of domestic housing stock. Gas servicing and maintenance of its commercial and stock. Maintenance and servicing of the Associations Air Source Heat Pump renewable systems. The coverage of the contract will be all of the Associations area's of operation primarily in Aberdeen City, Aberdeenshire and Moray.

Renewal: Initial term contract will be for 36 months plus a possible extension of 1 +1 year.
