Lot 1
River Clyde Homes (RCH) is a Registered Social Landlord responsible for the management of some 7000 homes all located within the Inverclyde area. We are looking to procure a competent and experienced company to undertake Fire Sprinkler System Maintenance and provide a 24 hour Reactive Repair service for sprinkler systems based at eight properties that are the responsibility of River Clyde Homes. The address list is detailed on the next page.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.
