Lot 1
Bridgewater Housing Association are seeking to establish a Four Year Measured Term Contract for gutter cleaning and roof inspection report services with a suitably experienced and qualified Contractor. The Contract is intended to commence on Tuesday 30th January 2018 and will operate for a maximum of four years, subject to satisfactory performance of the successful Bidder which will be measured through the Key Performance Indicators (Document H). The Contract will primarily be delivered in Erskine, Paisley, Linwood, Bridge of Weir, Kilbarchan and Elderslie, Renfrewshire and the anticipated Contract Value is approximately 40,000 - 50,000 GBP average per annum (excluding VAT).. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015
