The service will include an Out of Hours Emergency 4hr response service.

Response Repairs and Void Works Area 3 AB44, 45, 53, 54

Osprey Housing Group, its partners and subsidiaries, are seeking to establish contracts with suitable Contractors for the provision of a Day to Day response repairs service for its housing stock in Aberdeenshire, Aberdeen City, the Moray area and Montrose. The service will include an Out of Hours Emergency 4hr response service.

Renewal: The Contracts will be established for a 3 year term starting 1st April 2018, with the expectation that they could be extended to 2 years upon satisfactory performance and agreement on cost criteria.

Response Repairs and Void Works Area 4 IV30, 31, 32, 36
