Invitation to Tender This Project Brief has been prepared for the aim and purpose of appointing a Full Design Team in relation to the proposed development The Design Team is required to take the project from the existing agreed Concept Design RIBA Stage 3 through to RIBA Stage 7). It is anticipated that the Design Team will either be a multi-disciplinary organisation or a consortium brought together by one Lead Consultant to complete this Project. Expressions of interest from individual consultants who cannot provide all of the necessary services will not be considered.
