Notice Description

JBG requires the design, supply and installation of a replacement Variable Refrigerant Volume/Flow (VRV/VRF) Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) system in Garscadden House Business Centre. This is a two-storey multi-tenanted office building in Drumchapel, built in 2006, for which JBG's subsidiary company is the landlord. Bidders shall note that JBG is not aware of any asbestos in Garscadden House Business Centre.The HVAC system shall be the primary means of heating and cooling the premises. The supplier may also be required to provide ongoing maintenance and repair services consistent with maintaining any applicable warranty/guarantee.
