The purpose of this High Level Information Pack (HLIP) is to provide prospective CDM Advisors (from the NHSScotland CDM Advisor Consultancy Framework) with information regarding:The State Hospitals Board for Scotland Perimeter Security & Enhanced Internal Security Systems 2017 project. This HLIP is for the CDM Advisor role for the project.The contract and procurement strategy for the works has still to be fully developed and the appointed CDM Advisor will be expected to support The State Hospital in developing this, as well as through the delivery of the project.Gateway Review - The project will be subject to the Scottish Government Gateway Review process which applies to all organisations covered by the terms of the Scottish Public Finance Manual.Call Off Process - The HLIP will outline the call off process for this project (quality / cost submission and interview). Please note that this is a single stage appointment and all bidders will be interviewed.The unique reference number for the project is: FS2/TSH/02 Perimeter Security & Enhanced Internal Security Systems 2017.
