This Tender Documentation is for the provision of a measured term contract for Gas, Electric and Renewable Heating Replacement to Domestic Properties 2018 - 2021. This procurement exercise is being carried out as three separate lots and the works comprise:- Lot 3 - Other Heating Replacement The removal and replacement of existing gas and electric heating systems with renewable heating systems (solar PV and air source heat pump systems and associated works). Estimated value of this Lot is 6750000.00GBP and the contract conditions to be used is JCT Measured Term Contract 2011. All as laid down in the specification section of this document.
