The Contractor shall be held fully responsible for the designs, in all respects, including complying with this performance specification. The successful contractor will require to hold both current business and installer Gas Safe Registration. The installer registration cards together with relevant A.C.S. and CPA1 documentation are to be submitted for approval prior to works commencing. The successful contractor will require to have current N.I.C.E.I.C. registration as will any operatives working on this contract. All relevant documentation is to be submitted for approval prior to works commencing. Lot 2 The Contractor shall employ suitably qualified engineers to carry out the necessary designs. The Contractor shall be held fully responsible for the designs, in all respects, including complying with this performance specification. The successful contractor will require to have current N.I.C.E.I.C. registration as will any operatives working on this contract. All relevant documentation is to be submitted for approval prior to works commencing. Lot 3 Solar All Solar PV systems shall be installed to standards as laid out by the Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS), and all Solar PV system components shall be MCS approved. The Contractor shall be an approved installer under the Microgeneration Scheme (MCS) at all times for the duration of this Contract.
