    "description": "Insurance levels required by Glasgow City Council as a minimum - -Bidder shall take out and maintain, throughout the period of the contract, Employer's Liability insurance to the value of at least TEN MILLION POUNDS STERLING (GBP10,000,000) in respect of any one event and unlimited in the period. By tendering for this contract, the tenderer acknowledges: -that the performance of the successful supplier will be monitored and evaluated by the appropriate Contracts & Commissioning officers. -that all the information gathered by the council for the purposes of monitoring and evaluation may be presented at the post tender meeting and may require the suppliers input. -The Council is required to include as part of its tender evaluation, a suitable question to all Bidders which allows them to reflect on their ability to deliver on fair work practices for employees who may be directly involved in delivering services that arise from this tender.
