The framework users may encompass supplementary services such as: 1.diagnostics and repairs to the electrical equipment that is providing power up to the boiler, 2.installation of part or entire heating systems so far as a system or appliance has been deemed beyond economic repair, 3.servicing, repairs or replacements to fire alarm systems, 4.building and maintenance of asset lists, 5.storage and refitting of boilers in void properties, 6.servicing and maintenance of commercial gas boilers and/or; 7.servicing and maintenance of boilers powered by other fuels

The framework scope encompasses checks, servicing and maintenance to gas boilers, gas-powered air units, water heaters, any other primary domestic heating systems within social housing properties. The framework users may encompass supplementary services such as: 1.diagnostics and repairs to the electrical equipment that is providing power up to the boiler, 2.installation of part or entire heating systems so far as a system or appliance has been deemed beyond economic repair, 3.servicing, repairs or replacements to fire alarm systems, 4.building and maintenance of asset lists, 5.storage and refitting of boilers in void properties, 6.servicing and maintenance of commercial gas boilers and/or; 7.servicing and maintenance of boilers powered by other fuels. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. Renewal: The Framework Contract will be for a maximum period of four years. The initial period of the Framework Contract will run for two years from the starting date with an option to extend for up to a further two years subject to satisfactory operation and performance. Any period of extension will be at the sole discretion of Scotland Excel.
