On behalf of Angus Council, the consultant will undertake a flood protection study for Kirriemuir and Forfar, as described in the Tay Local Flood Risk Management Plan, PVA08/05 'Flood protection study' (p.72/73) action. A Surface Water Management Plan (SWMPs) to cover Forfar, as described in the Tay Local Flood Risk Management Plan, PVA08/05 'Surface water plan/study' (p.79) action, has been carried out. This should be included as part of the flood protection study.
